The making of the Year in Pictures

  1. If the Year in Pictures sneak preview in the December 23rd issue of Maclean’s is any indication of what I can expect from the 2013 Collector’s Edition, I for one won’t be buying. The special section promises “breathtaking moments from Canada and around the world” and then has more photos of the United States than any other country. The level of bootlicking and self-denigration is embarrassing and disappointing for a magazine that considers itself actually Canadian. Might as well buy Time.
