  1. Canadians have produced so much amazing artists over the years – Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, The Guess Who, Oscar Peterson, K.D. Lang, Leonard Cohen, The Band (though not 100% Canadian), Glenn Gould, etc. It’s depressing to see that we bought many more albums from those listed here, instead.

    On behalf of Canadians with taste (for which there is no accounting), I apologize to the rest of the world for the garbage we’ve unleashed on your music stores and radios.

    (Yes, I’m feeling a bit music-snooby today.)
