To bring you some competition, we invited ‘Canada’s Smartest Person,’ Peter Dyakowski, to take the Maclean’s quiz. Dyakowski is a lineman with the CFL’s Hamilton Ticats, and also won CBC’s ‘Canada’s Smartest Person’ contest in 2012.

This week, we tested his trivia skills on everything from Star Trek to Michael Jordan’s footwear. He scored a modest 73 per cent!

“Oh my goodness! Disaster!” he writes us in an email. ” It turns out I don’t know my sneakers and when it comes to classic rock I should trust my gut!!”
