Farewell to Quebec

<p>The <em>Globe and Mail</em> <a href="http://www.theglobeandmail.com/report-on-business/economy/housing/flaherty-eyes-privatization-of-cmhc/article4627593/">is reporting</a> that Ottawa would like to privatize the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp. in the next five to 10 years, based on remarks made by Finance Minister Jim Flaherty in an interview.
