Ontario shuts down private career college

Bond College failed to comply with the Ontario corporations tax act

A Toronto-based private career college has been shut down by the province after failing to comply with Ontario’s corporations tax act.

That means the Bond College of Business & Technology can no longer deliver vocational programs or solicit and accept applications from students.

The announcement was made by the province’s Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities on June 24 by the superintendent of private career colleges. No students were registered at the school at the time of its closure.
