President Obama used a planned speech in Prague today to speak out out against North Korea’s missile launch. “North Korea broke the rules, once again, by testing a rocket that could be used for long range missiles,” he said. “Words must mean something . . . The world must stand together to prevent the spread of these weapons.” During the address in front of a crowd of 20,000, Obama called for a “world without weapons,” said he would call on the Security Council to “deliver a strong message” to North Korea and promised to reduce the size and military dependence on his own country’s nuclear arsenal.
