Artist launches Toronto Mayor Rob Ford countdown clock

Just in case you were having trouble keeping track of exactly when Toronto Mayor Rob Ford is supposed to vacate his office (Superior Court Justice Charles Hackett gave him 14 days in his ruling issued on Monday), comic book artist Keith Grachow has a helpful tool.

The Ford Countdown Clock, at fordcountdown.com, was created by ad firm Design and Develop, which approached Grachow to provide the illustration of Ford getting hit in the head with a football. It also contains a Twitter feed to draw in tweets about the mayor and, most importantly, a clock counting down 14 days, which started on Monday.

At the time of writing, the clock was at 12 days, 1 hour, 46 minutes and 29 seconds.

However, should Ford be granted a stay on Dec. 5, the clock may have to be reset.
