• Toronto and Vancouver;
• Toronto and Windsor;
• Toronto and Ottawa;
• Montreal and Toronto;
• Montreal and Ottawa;
• Quebec and Montreal;
• Montreal and Halifax;
• Winnipeg and Churchill, Man;
• Jasper, Alta. and Prince Rupert, B.C.;
• Toronto and Niagara;
• Toronto and London; and
• Toronto and Sarnia.
