  1. Oh Michael, too polite to call government relations people what they really are, lobbyists.

Ottawa is a circle jerk of political correctness, nepotism, Hy's, and receptions.

  2. JUSTIN

    Come on, sir.

Do you know ANY country with superior politicians? These guys are just having a laugh.

I admire Canadians for their genuine multiculturalism, for accepting non-white people withou self-consciousness as in Britain and the US.

  3. Could someone from ITK please explain how they wound up hiring the International Fund For Animal Welfare's communications company for this year of the Arctic boondoggle?

Isn't that like the NAACP hiring the KKK's guys to organize their party?

Meanwhile, Inuit kids are going hungry.

  4. IFAW was no longer a SUMMA client when ITK hired SUMMA in August 2009. We were aware of the previous client/firm relationship at the time of hiring. Good point Jae, wherever you are writing from. In holding 2010 Year of the Inuit ITK intends to raise awareness of the issues Inuit face among Canadians so that conditions in the Arctic will improve for all Inuit, including Inuit children and youth. The Taste of the Arctic event raised over $20,000 for the Arctic Children and Youth Foundation.
