Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will attend a vigil late Sunday to honor the victims of a crash that killed 15 people, most of them members of a junior ice hockey team, his office said. The prayer vigil is expected to attract a large crowd in the tiny town of Humboldt, home to some 6,000 people.
