Farewell to Quebec

<p>Over-and-above the environmental objections voiced by many opponents to Northern Gateway and other oil sands pipelines, the question of whether we should upgrade or refine more oil sands product at home has attracted a great deal of attention.</p>
<p>Today, in a Twitter conversation about Northern Gateway, I had the opportunity to engage with Green Party Leader Elizabeth May on these issues.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll expand on each of the issues identified in a post to come shortly. For the record, here&#8217;s our exchange from earlier today:</p>
