The House of Commons reconvenes this morning at 11am after a two-week break. First up for debate is C-321, an act to continue the reduced postage rate for library materials.
Nathan Cullen, the new opposition House leader, has summoned reporters to a news conference at 11 to discuss “NDP priorities for the upcoming parliamentary session.” And, of course, at 2:15pm, the new shadow cabinet will make its public debut.
We apparently won’t see the budget implementation bill until next week.
