Video: Wynne takes on Harper over Syria’s refugee crisis

Tensions between Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne have increased again, this time over the Syrian refugee crisis. Wynne wants Ontario to take on more refugees, and has been critical of how slowly Canada has moved in doing so. For Harper, who wants to fight an election on the economy, it’s suddenly about another e-word: empathy. Evan Solomon discusses how this crisis has become a critical part of the campaign:
