‘Well, I’m not an expert on the automobile industry’

  1. Is there a finishing school for pols that I don't know about it because I would love to learn how to say the things they do without blushing or feeling shame. How Harper can claim this is not good money after bad is beyond me because Fed/Prov have been giving money to Detroit 3 for years and they continually ask for more, more, more. That interview has got to be one of the most risible clips I have seen of Harper.

  3. It is so refreshing to see a politican admit that he is not an expert in all things—-this bail-out is very complicated and Harper says he believes that they have done the right thing but the ball is now in the court of GM and their workers. I suppose he could have talked about puffin poop and barn smells but other people are experts in those areas.
