  1. I will admit that I have not read "Life of Pi" which, according to many, is an excellent book to read.

However, I tried reading "Beatrice and Virgil" written by the same author, and I don't think I have read a worse book in years! I forced myself to read on untill, when arriving on page 92, I simply couldn't go on. The book is boring, the writing style is very, very simplistic and I have no clue as to why this particular book should be placed on the Best Seller's list! at all!
