The Saskatchewan office of the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives (CCPA) advocates a continuation of the tuition fee freeze in that province in a new report. The report notes that the available financial assistance is insufficient for many rural, low-income, and Aboriginal students in Saskatchewan, especially those students who must relocate to attend an institution.
