Moguls like Jeffrey Katzenberg predict that improved 3-D technology will revolutionize the medium and improve the movie business. But Hollywood moguls said exactly the same thing in 1953. And it turned out that most people didn’t want to pay extra for the privilege of watching movies with multi-coloured glasses on. And while the glasses are nicer now, you still have to wear them.
