'Exclusive' Video: Diamond Jubilee high tea, with dogs - Macleans.ca
On Sunday afternoon at Toronto’s King Edward hotel, some 60 four-legged guests–outfitted in regally themed costumes–were treated to bowls of tea and canine-friendly treats while competing on the red carpet for best outfit. The prize? A night in the hotel, with their owner.
Maclean’s was there to cover the jubilant–albeit slightly slobbery–event, which launches this year’s Woofstock, the largest festival for dogs in North America, on June 9th and 10th.
