Real life princess escapes hellish marriage

Indonesian model accuses Malaysian prince of torture and abuse

A year after Manohara Odelia Pinot, then a beautiful 16-year-old Indonesian model, married Prince Tengku Temenggong Mohammad Fakhry, 30, of Malaysia’s Kelantan state in a fairytale ceremony, she’s fled her husband with a horror story of how the honeymoon quickly gave way to hell. Manohara claims she was sexually abused, tortured and injected with unknown drugs and largely confined to her bedroom. “Every time I went for events they forced me to smile and would torture me if I did not do what they said,” Manohara said. Her mother, who had been pleading with Indonesian and Malaysian officials for months for the right to see her daughter, stated that Manohara has razor cuts on her chest. The end came when the model escaped her bodyguards during a visit to Singapore by pushing the Singapore hotel elevator’s emergency button. Now she’s asking for a divorce.
