'Getting better,' Justin Bieber tweets after collapse on stage

Pop star Justin Bieber is recovering after collapsing on stage in London on Thursday evening.

“(Justin’s) heading to the doctor now,” Bieber’s spokeswoman Melissa Victor told Reuters Thursday evening. “He fainted and took a 20-minute reprieve and was given oxygen.”

Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun appeared on stage at London’s O2 arena to explain to fans what happened:

Reports suggest Bieber returned to the stage before being taken for medical treatment.

Later in the evening, the 19-year-old tweeted that he was getting better. “Thanks for the love.”
