A 266-page report, showing locations of and information on the United States’s stockpile of fuel for nuclear weapons, was mistakenly posted to a Government Printing Office Web site. While some are calling it a major slip-up that provides terrorists with inside information, others are saying this information is already known publicly, and not a serious breach.
