Electoral reform continues to preoccupy the House. Most parliamentarians are on their way out of Ottawa, and will stay away for a whole week before the House sitting resumes. They’ll continue to use the government’s proposed electoral reform as a tool to argue with each other about who cheated in the last federal election and who just can’t accept its results. Ho-hum.
