Trudeau arrives at the White House
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s first joint press conference on a U.S. president’s turf came with all the trimmings: iconic White House imagery, including the South Lawn and Rose Garden, as well as the Washington Monument farther afield. Trudeau and President Barack Obama arrived together and, in a lighthearted moment that may help define their coming months as North American leaders, cracked jokes about beer and hockey.
