    Except it turns out it’s a half-trillion dollar plan.

    INSTANT UPDATE: That can’t be true. $490 billion/ 20 years is, arithmetically, $24.5 billion a year. Doesn’t make sense. I’m gonna look up the plan and try to make sense of these figures…
