HOT SEAT

Defence Minister Peter MacKay faced questions related to both a Canadian surveillance program operated by the Communications Security Establishment Canada and the PRISM program operated by the U.S.-based National Security Agency. MacKay denied that any Canadians were surveilled by their own government, but the opposition remained unsatisfied with the defence minister. Expect more questions today.
